Location
Our location is ideally suited for enjoying the country scenery but is also close to the fishing town of Looe which is just over a mile away down the East Looe river from our entrance at Terras bridge.

Directions to Looe
Travel to Exeter via the M5 or 303 and join the A38 for Plymouth
Continue along the A38 across the Tamar Bridge, past Saltash to the Trerulefoot roundabout. Take the first exit, the 374, and approximately ½ mile on the right turn onto theA387 to Widegates.
Approaching Widegates turn left along the B3253 for Looe. Just before Looe the road rejoins the A387. Continue into Looe and turn back around at the Police Station for the A387 going for Sandplace.
Directions from Looe
Take the A387 towards Sandplace alongside the East Looe River and Railway (on your left). Approximately 1 mile on take the first turning left, across an unmanned railway crossing and then a humpback bridge over the river. Immediately ahead between two granite posts is a driveway with Trenant Lodge to the left with a sign for the Trenant Park holiday cottages in the garden. Enter the estate driveway, past the Lodge and pond on the left, over a cattle grid and then the concrete section of the drive. As the concrete section ends the drive divides left and right, but directly ahead beyond an open white gate with cattle grid are the cottages.
